Our three months in Romania has passed very quickly...again.  We will be leaving Tulcea this weekend and returning to the US on December 3.  It is always hard to leave our NOROC friends here, and the children we have worked with these past 3 months.  Yet, we also anticipate a joyful reunion with our friends in Texas.  I hesitate to say that we are going "home" to Texas, because Tulcea has become our home also.  Last evening after our weekly staff meeting we had dinner together to celebrate 3 different people on the NOROC staff who were having birthdays.  As we gazed at the table laden with homemade delicacies one person said basically,  "Why are you leaving when you can stay here and have this?"  That is a hard question to answer!  What we do know is that we have wonderful friends on both sides of the Atlantic and we always miss those we leave behind each time.  Please enjoy these photos from our last activities in Tulcea, and we will resume our blog in the Spring.

Bull's eye!

I think I'm getting the hang of it!

I am sure there is more in there!

Sharing cultures...pumpkin pie and clatite.

This is going to be great!

Taco, cat, goat, cheese, pizza...what kind of a game is this anyway?
